the answer you're looking for, please don't hesitate to

1        I've never heard of Bus Stop Toy Shop.  You're new to all this aren't you?

Yes and No.  On a personal level, our MD can boast a collection of Games Workshop miniatures
going back to the early eighties.  To say that we're passionate about this hobby is an
understatement.

On a business level, we've been a successful online and bricks-and-mortar toy retailer for some
time now.  
Check the main site to see what else we do.  We have huge experience of dealing with
hundreds of different products and delivering on our promises - expertise, low prices, fast delivery
and great customer service.

When Games Workshop approached us recently and asked us to stock their products, we jumped
at the chance.  We're working with them to provide another superb service for our customers -old
and new alike.

2        How do I pay?  Is it secure?

All our online payments are processed by Paypal.  Paypal is the largest organisation of its kind in
the world (used for instance for most ebay transactions as well as by many thousands of
businesses worldwide).  Security is their number one priority, allowing you to pay with confidence.

Please note that you do not have to be a Paypal account holder and you can pay with any major
credit or debit card.

Bus Stop Toy Shop does not at any time have access to your payment details.

3        How long does my order take?

We dispatch all orders from the Games Workshop section of our site within two working days and
only use Royal Mail 1st Class Post.

4        Can you send orders outwith the UK?

Yes, but not via the website at present.  Please don't put your order through if you live outwith the
UK - it takes up valuable miniature painting time sorting out the mess.
Contact us first, and we will
advise of additional postage costs and time-scales.

5        Is everything on the site in stock?

Yes.  We're not like some of our competitors.

6        Can I order things which aren't on the site?

Yes.  We always aim to have the biggest Games Workshop sellers in stock, but if you don't see
what you need, please
contact us and we'll provide prices and time-scales.

7        What about my privacy?

As noted above, Bus Stop Toy Shop will at no stage have access to your payment details.  Your
home address, e-mail address and phone number will only be used to process your order.  If you
want to hear from us regularly, join our newsletter - the sign up form is on
our home page.

8        Can I Order By Phone or Send a Cheque?

Yes and yes.  We're open 9:30am to 5:30pm Mon-Sat and 11:00am to 5:00pm Sunday.  You can
pay by card over the phone or arrange to send a cheque.  Our number is
01475 689892.  We're
also happy to answer any questions you may have prior to ordering.

IMPORTANT: Please call us before sending a cheque, so we can reserve stock for you, to avoid
disappointment.  Please note that we will not dispatch the goods until the cheque has been
cashed.
