How Long Does My Order Take?
You will normally have your order within seven days, usually much sooner. If you
are in a hurry, please let us know and we'll do our best for you. We will however
not send an item until we have full payment for it. We usually use Royal Mail first
class post and will always confirm by e-mail the dispatch of your order.
Can I Return An Item?
If it is still in it's original packaging, you can return an item to us within seven days
of receipt. All orders are inspected prior to dispatch, however in the very unlikely
event of a faulty item, please follow the manufacturers instructions as to what to
do next, or if there are no instructions, give us a call or e-mail us.
Do You Ship Outwith The UK?
We can do, but not via the normal website method at present. Please e-mail or
call us, and we'll get you a postage price for your item.
Your Privacy
Because we use Paypal, we will never have access to your financial details. We
will never use your home address or e-mail address for any purpose other than
