One important thing to remember: Bus Stop Toy Shop is a real, traditional toy shop. We are not an
internet only retailer. Our reputation is at stake every time we send a package out. That's why we
put so much effort into getting it right.
Is it safe?
Shopping online with Bus Stop Toy Shop is easy and secure. We use Paypal to process all our
online payments. Paypal is the largest organisation of it's kind in the world (used, for example, for
most ebay transactions) and online security is of paramount importance to them. For more

Bus Stop Toy Shop will never at any stage have access to your payment details - you pay Paypal,
they pay us - simple. You can pay with any major debit or credit card. You do not need to be a
Paypal account holder.
Still not convinced? Simply place your order by phone instead. We are open Monday to Saturday,
9:30am to 5:30pm and Sunday 11am to 5pm and can be reached on 01475 689892. We can take a
conventional credit or debit card payment over the phone. (Unfortunately, we cannot accept
American Express for a telephone order.)

How Long Does My Order Take?
You will normally have your order within seven days, usually much sooner. If you are in a hurry,
please let us know and we'll do our best for you. We will however not send an item until we have full
payment for it. We usually use Royal Mail first class post and will always confirm by e-mail the
dispatch of your order.
Can I Return An Item?
If it is still in it's original packaging, you can return an item to us within seven days of receipt. All
orders are inspected prior to dispatch, however in the very unlikely event of a faulty item, please
follow the manufacturers instructions as to what to do next, or if there are no instructions, give us a
call or e-mail us.
Do You Ship Outwith The UK?
We can do, but not via the normal website method at present. Please e-mail or call us, and we'll get
you a postage price for your item.
Your Privacy
Because we use Paypal, we will never have access to your financial details. We will never use your
home address or e-mail address for any purpose other than dealing with your order. If you want to
